Le Point Lumineux agency finally completes the lighting of the Belvoir castle, in Doubs.
A first official reception took place on November 3, 2023, in the presence of the Project Owner and numerous guests. This is a project that interested us a lot because this castle had not been developed for many years. This castle was first built in the 13th century, then destroyed and… rebuilt.
It was bought by the famous painter Pierre Jouffroy in 1955. It underwent a long and patient restoration for nearly 50 years but after the terrible fire which devastated the eastern wing in 1968, 10 years were necessary to restore this building from ruin.
This project took a long time to complete because some stakeholders took time to react… Here again, we have designed lights that are respectful and adapted to this region. We thank the Project Owner for trusting us and we also thank the Eiffage company for their involvement in this exceptional project! Some adjustments remain to be made, but the results are satisfactory. The installation will be definitively received in a few weeks.
